Terms of service, in plain English
These are the rules for using AI Agents Live. Every section starts with a short summary, followed by the full text that binds you and us.
Last updated October 12, 2026
The short version
-
Listing is free
Paying moves your listing up the review queue. It does not buy approval.
-
You own your content
You let us show it, translate it and mark it up so search engines and AI assistants can read it.
-
Reviews stay visible
Makers can reply in public, but cannot edit, hide or delete the reviews on their own listing.
-
Keep it honest
No fake reviews, no spam and no adult content.
-
No promised results
We build the tools. We cannot promise rankings, AI mentions, traffic or signups.
Accepting these terms
In plain English
By using AI Agents Live you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.
These terms apply to anyone who visits aiagentslive.com, creates an account, submits a listing, writes a review or buys a paid service (together, the Service). The Service is run by AI Agents Live from Toronto, Ontario, Canada (we, us and our).
By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company or another organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind it, and both you and the organization are bound.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Your account
In plain English
Give us true details, keep your password safe, and tell us if something looks wrong. You must be at least 13.
You need an account to submit a listing or write a named review. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to enter a contract. You agree to give accurate details and to keep them up to date.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions of anyone you let use it. Keep your password private, and open a ticket right away if you think someone else has access.
- Some features, such as reward credit, need a verified email address.
Listings
In plain English
Submit your own AI Agent, or one you have permission to list. We review every listing, and we can edit, hide or remove it.
A listing is the page about your AI Agent that you submit to the Service. You may only submit an AI Agent, or a framework, tool or platform for building agents, that you made or have permission to list. Alpha and beta products are welcome.
Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. Free listings are reviewed in the order they arrive, and paid priority review moves a listing forward in that order. We may approve, reject, edit, hide or remove any listing, for example when it breaks these terms, points to a site that does not work or misleads people about what the product does.
You can change your listing's name, tagline, description, logo, industry and pricing model from My Listings at any time. The website a listing points to is locked once the listing is approved, so changing it takes a support ticket.
- Listings must not include adult content (NSFW material).
- Everything in a listing must be true and about the product being listed.
Reviews and replies
In plain English
Reviews are for real experiences. Makers can reply in public, but cannot edit, hide or delete a review.
Anyone can leave a star rating. A written review needs a signed-in account, a star rating and at least 10 characters of text. Write about your own experience with the product. A review must not be paid for, traded for a favor, written by the maker or someone connected to them, or written to harm a competitor.
Makers can reply to reviews of their listing in public. Makers cannot edit, hide or delete reviews of their own listing. If you think a review is spam, fake or abusive, open a ticket and we will look at it.
We may remove reviews that break these terms. We do not remove a review because it is negative.
Paid services and payments
In plain English
Listing is free. You can pay to be reviewed sooner or to be featured. Payments go through Stripe, and paying does not guarantee approval.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. A purchase only becomes active after Stripe confirms the payment to us, not when you click to pay.
Priority review moves your listing up the review queue and sets a target turnaround, shown at checkout. It does not guarantee that the listing is approved.
Paid services are digital and start as soon as we begin them, so payments are not refundable once review or featuring has started. If we charge you by mistake, or we fail to provide what you paid for, tell us and we will refund you.
Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase you already made. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
Rewards and invites
In plain English
You can earn checkout credit by verifying your email, reviewing other makers and inviting people who sign up. Credit has no cash value.
We may give you reward credit that lowers the price of a future paid service. Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred or paid out, and only applies to paid priority and featured purchases.
We may change or end the rewards program at any time. We may also remove credit that was earned through fake reviews, fake accounts, spam or any other misuse.
Share your invite link only with people who might want to use the Service, and follow the rules of any place where you post it.
Acceptable use
In plain English
Use the Service honestly, and do not try to break it.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you agree to the following.
- Do not post spam, fake reviews, or listings for products that do not exist.
- Do not create fake accounts, or use automated tools to post reviews or earn rewards.
- Do not upload malware, or try to break, probe or overload the Service.
- Do not collect other people's personal data from the Service without their permission.
- Do not post anything illegal, hateful or harassing, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
Your content and our rights
In plain English
You keep ownership of what you post. You let us display it, translate it and mark it up so search engines and AI assistants can read it.
Your content is the listing details, logos, reviews, replies, tickets and anything else you submit. You keep ownership of it, and you confirm you have the right to post it.
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, translate, format, reproduce and share your content on and around the Service. That includes search results and share previews, the structured data that search engines and AI assistants read, and our newsletter, social posts and embeds. The license lasts while your content is on the Service, and for a reasonable time afterwards while copies clear from caches and backups.
We own the Service, including its design, code, name and logo. You may use the Featured On AI Agents Live badge and our review badge on your own website, as we provide them, without changing the ratings or reviews they show.
No promises about traffic or visibility
In plain English
We give you tools. We cannot promise rankings, AI mentions, traffic, reviews or signups.
AI Agents Live is built so that search engines and AI assistants can read your listing. Whether Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Claude or any other system shows or names your product is not something we control, and we do not promise that it will.
We also make no promise about how many visitors, reviews, backlinks, signups or customers a listing will bring.
Links and third-party services
In plain English
We link to other sites and use other services. We are not responsible for them.
The Service links to websites and products run by other people, including the websites of listed products. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for what they do. Read their terms and privacy policies before you use them.
Some features depend on services from other companies, such as Stripe for payments. Their terms apply to your use of those services.
Suspension and ending your account
In plain English
You can stop using the Service at any time. We can hide your content or close your account if you break these terms.
You can stop using the Service at any time. To close your account or remove a listing or review, contact us and we will take care of it. Some information stays for a while where the law or our records require it, as the Privacy Policy explains.
We may hide or remove content, or suspend or close an account, if you break these terms, put other people at risk or abuse the Service. When we can, we tell you why. Paid services you have already used are not refunded in that case.
Sections that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, liability and governing law, still apply after your account ends.
Warranties and liability
In plain English
The Service comes as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is capped.
We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but we provide it as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that listings and reviews written by other people are correct.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
In plain English
The law of Ontario, Canada applies, and disputes go to the courts there.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where your local consumer law lets you bring a claim where you live.
Changes to these terms
In plain English
We may update these terms. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new version.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. When a change is significant, we will tell signed-in users by email or with a notice on the Service before it starts.
Using the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service.
